We would like to introduce the Wire EDM system "Wire" that can be equipped with the CAD/CAM system "Mastercam." Mastercam Wire supports contour, taper, upper and lower irregular shapes, and coreless machining for wire electrical discharge machines. It features the ability to create 2-axis and 4-axis wire paths, allowing for detailed control over numerous elements such as wire movement, angles, approach, and exit. 【Features】 - Upper and lower irregular shape machining supports contours where the XY contour and UV contour are not only different in shape but also where the UV plane is not parallel to the XY plane. - Coreless machining allows for the removal of specified areas without generating sludge. - The nesting function automatically arranges wire paths based on the processing shape to fit the material size, accommodating multiple shapes (some options available). *The Wire module includes the CAD module "Design."
