"What is Thomson punching processing / Biku punching processing? What materials can be punched? What are the advantages?" Resolve your questions! *Knowledge collection provided.
"Thompson (Bik) die-cutting" is a processing method that uses a wooden die called a Thompson die to punch materials through press processing. The Thompson die has blades embedded in it, which are usually embedded in rubber, but during the press processing, the blades emerge from the rubber, allowing the material to be punched out. At our Osaka factory, we utilize Thompson die-cutting, press die-cutting, punch die-cutting, and sheet material bonding to manufacture various products. If you are considering the development of sheet material products, please feel free to consult us. [Features] - Can accommodate thin and soft materials - Strengths include low initial costs and quick die lead times - Suitable for a wide variety of small lots - Equipped with facilities that can continuously punch from roll materials *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
