Solving steam management challenges in tire factories! Utilizing steam with minimal leakage and maximizing its use. Contributing to energy conservation and resource savings.
"Want to utilize steam more efficiently," "Want to contribute to carbon dioxide reduction," "Want to minimize maintenance," are essential for those struggling with "steam management" in production sites! Our 'Steam Z' is a steam condensate discharge device that discharges condensate (drain) while minimizing steam loss. It is maintenance-free, reduces labor costs, and contributes to decarbonization. [Case Study of a Major Tire Manufacturer's Factory] Adopted 2800 traps in the main pipe supplying steam to the vulcanizer. Achieved recovery of initial costs within two years. [Features] ■ No need for replacement, reducing management costs ■ Contributes to improved productivity and stable product quality ■ Prevents water hammer ■ 1/5 the weight compared to other products, saving space ■ Initial costs can be recovered in a few years

Company information
Z Engineering Co., Ltd. is a company that handles the orifice-type drain discharge system "STEAM·Z." We have overcome the shortcomings that were considered weak against fluctuations in drain volume. When the maximum discharge drain volume is set to 100%, it does not leak steam even if the drain volume decreases to 25% (1/4). It almost does not leak steam even if it decreases to 12.5% (1/8). Based on the manufacturing and sales of "STEAM·Z," we aim to achieve a decarbonized society. We will work on quality improvement through obtaining ISO 9001 certification. *It has been selected as a recipient of subsidies from NEDO (New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization). *We received the Edogawa Ward Industrial Award for the fiscal year 2016.
