【Usage】 ■ Inspection of foreign substances mixed in freeze-dried agents, suspensions, and colored vials - With X-ray transmission inspection, it is possible to detect not only freeze-dried agents and suspensions but also foreign substances mixed in colored vials. - We propose X-ray inspection equipment tailored to customer requirements. ■ Inspection after individual packaging - Even for vials and ampoules that are individually packaged, X-ray transmission inspection can be performed to check the condition of the contents and the presence of foreign substances. - For ampoules in a pack of 50: Even for a product with 50 ampoules stacked in 5 layers, we can perform quantity checks as well as inspect for cracks, chips, and foreign substance contamination. - For vials after packaging: X-ray imaging from three directions of sealed vials that cannot be opened allows for automatic inspection of foreign substances. ■ Tablet inspection with double-sided aluminum packaging - X-ray transmission inspection enables post-packaging inspection. - Inspections for "presence or absence," "cracks," and "chips" are possible, as well as inspections for "delaminated" tablets. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
