We would like to introduce a case where we developed a packaging box for pellet stoves using our product "HiPLE-ACE." By utilizing the strength of "HiPLE-ACE" and eliminating the need for reinforced plywood, we made all packaging materials out of cardboard, making it 100% recyclable. Additionally, the packaging specifications allow for stacking up to three layers, enabling effective use of warehouse space. As a result, the storage space in the warehouse has been drastically reduced to one-third.
