We would like to introduce a case where we developed a bicycle storage box for designated warehouses using our product "HiPLE-ACE." Since the bicycle only makes contact with the bottom tray at the front wheel and the rear stand, there was a challenge of concentrated load. This was resolved by installing five beams. The ability to change the position of the beams according to the size of the bicycle being packaged allows for the distribution of concentrated loads, which is a unique advantage of cardboard material.
