Eco-friendly reinforced cardboard packaging using HiPLE-ACE from wooden boxes. Maintains strength equivalent to wooden boxes while reducing total costs.
We would like to introduce a case where we developed a hanging packaging for fuel cell material rolls using our product "HiPLE-ACE." To withstand the weight of a 1-ton roll, we increased the packaging strength to a sufficient level for heavy item packaging by layering "HiPLE-ACE" multiple times in the roll support area. By in-house manufacturing the packaging process, we were able to carry out packaging work in a timely manner, eliminating horizontal transportation costs and leading to significant cost reductions. 【Effects of Improvements】 ■ Approximately 25% reduction in packaging work hours ■ Approximately 15% reduction in tare weight ■ Significant reduction in annual costs *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
