Leave the dynamic motion system motor endurance tests and the static strength and fatigue strength measurement tests of the product to us. We will also conduct functionality checks and comparisons with past cases.

Overview Engine Motoring Testing ■ We have a motoring bench for engine assembly and conduct durability tests, investigations, functionality confirmations, and report submissions in-house. ■ We possess durability testing equipment for engine heads and will consider durability tests not only for the heads but also for the rotating components. Static Strength and Fatigue Strength Testing ■ We own a Shimadzu servo pulser and, based on the testing plan, we carry out jig design and manufacturing, testing, investigations, and report submissions in-house. ■ Regarding fatigue testing, we apply specialized knowledge gained from the development of moving parts to conduct accurate evaluations and analyses. ■ We can also accommodate preliminary verifications using 3D scanners and printers.
