[Processing Example] Day 4 Shipment, Including Simple Mold Production for Ultra-Short Delivery Time
A short-term project that must be shipped on the 4th day! Processing example of a busbar made with C1020-1/2H.
This time, we would like to introduce a processing case of a busbar made from C1020-1/2H. There was only one week for delivery, and the request came from a distant location where express delivery would not arrive the next day. It was a short-term project that required shipping by the fourth day. Our company can produce simple molds in-house, allowing us to start processing the mold on the same day as the order at the earliest. On the second day, we conducted heat treatment, on the third day we made fine adjustments to the mold, and on the fourth day, we performed bending processing and were able to ship after inspection. [Case Overview] ■ Material: C1020-1/2H ■ Size: 210×118×60mm ■ Plate Thickness: t1.2 ■ Precision: ±0.1 ■ Quantity: 100 ■ Delivery Time: 7 days *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
