This time, we would like to introduce a case study of a product processed by combining bending and machining. Our company has chosen a method that removes excess areas by milling after bending, finishing to the shape as per the drawings. By combining machining, we can handle even low-height bends without any issues. Additionally, this bend has an inner radius of R1.6 and a width of only 5mm, which cannot be accommodated with standard types.
