[Processing Example] Fully utilizing wire processing to achieve various high-difficulty tolerances.
We will introduce a case where tolerances were achieved by performing wire processing after bending processing.
This case involves a thin plate bending product with a thickness of 0.5mm, featuring various tolerances set close to the limits of plastic processing. Due to the large amount of crushing required, processing by pressing would be extensive and costly, so we considered using a different method. Since there are issues with chucking during cutting after bending, we opted for wire processing. The product was processed in an upright position, which required considerable ingenuity in the design of the jig, but we were able to process it without any issues. 【Case Overview】 ■ Material: SUS304 ■ Size: 30×15×6mm ■ Thickness: t0.5 ■ Precision: ±0.03 ■ Quantity: 45 ■ Delivery Time: 10 days *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
