"News Pangard III" is a one-component silane-siloxane surface impregnation material that can be applied using a spray gun, roller, or brush. It penetrates into the concrete without changing the appearance or texture of the material, forming a water-repellent layer. It suppresses deterioration caused by alkali-aggregate reactions and freeze-thaw cycles.
