[Case Study of Introducing a Decompression Dehydration Drying Device] Food Manufacturing Industry, Company M
Activating zero emissions! Introduction of a case study that achieved stabilization of wastewater treatment facilities!
At Company M, a food manufacturing business located in a certain area of Saitama Prefecture, the introduction of a "decompression dehydration drying device" has addressed the high load that rice washing water places on wastewater treatment facilities, which was causing instability in processing capacity. As a result of the introduction, approximately 97% of COD, about 90% of BOD, nearly 100% of SS, and around 99% of n-Hex have been removed, achieving stabilization of the wastewater treatment facilities. Additionally, by intentionally adjusting the residue from the cooking process to a paste-like consistency, it has been converted into a valuable feed for pig farming, promoting zero emissions. 【Case Overview】 ■ Customer Name: Company M ■ Location: Certain area in Saitama Prefecture ■ Industry: Food Manufacturing ■ Model Introduced: G 750 Type ■ Introduction Date: December 2009 ■ Waste Liquid Processed: Rice Washing Water ■ Processing Volume: 15,000L/day (operating 24 hours/day) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
