TEM-EDS! Composition analysis in a 200nm angular area shows that alloy nanoparticles with compositions close to the target have been produced.
This document introduces the "Solder Nano Particle SAC Composition of the World's Smallest Class Size." In the composition analysis of a 200nm square area, alloy nanoparticles with a composition close to the target have been produced. As for the electron diffraction analysis using TEM, it consists of a mixture of crystalline powders with β-Sn structure and Ag3Sn structure, suggesting that phase separation may have occurred during the reaction process. 【Contents】 ■ Introduction of solder composition Sn-Ag-Cu alloy nanoparticles ■ Lattice stripes of 10nm size particles ■ Composition analysis results of solder nanoparticles ■ Composition analysis area ■ EDX analysis Area 1 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Our company is engaged in joint development with about 10 large corporations both domestically and internationally, advancing product development aimed at market launch through the provision of advanced materials. In response to market demands, we are developing and providing next-generation batteries, solar cell materials, infrared absorbers, thermochromic inorganic materials, UV-excited coloring agents, non-photocatalytic materials, graphene dispersion liquids, and more. In particular, these materials often require solvent dispersion in addition to size and shape control, and we create and provide dispersion liquids tailored to our customers' needs. Many of the developments are conducted under non-disclosure agreements with our clients, assisting in the development of specialized materials. Our core technology is centered around liquid-phase reactions, and we possess various original reaction processes, enabling us to manufacture nanoparticles and micron-sized particles from materials such as Li, Ta, Si, In, and Ga. We can also produce composite oxides, carbides, and nitrides. Based on customer requests, we prototype and submit samples along with reports. Costs are discussed and considered in consultation with our customers.
