Robot & IoT/DX Special Feature MONO Creation Communication Issue 59
We are featuring and introducing automation by robots, remote monitoring through IoT, and paperless solutions through DX.
This book is the 59th issue of MONO-zukuri Tsushin, published monthly by Yashima Sangyo. This time, we focus on automation, IoT, and DX. 1. Robots Universal Robots, a multi-axis robot capable of collaborating with humans, and the MiR transport robot. 2. Traceability The Italian-made electric screwdriver "Fiam," which allows for the management of not only torque but also rotation angle through current control. The company's biggest feature is that they manufacture not only the screwdriver but also peripheral devices in-house. As a result, communication and collaboration between each device can be ensured, making adjustments on-site very simple. 3. IoT & DX We introduce HMS Industrial Networks' remote access devices, which provide not only equipment but also cloud services, and Panasonic's XC-GATE, which offers a wide range of solutions from digitizing paper forms to electronic work manuals.

This team proposes systems that utilize collaborative robots, industrial robots, AMRs (autonomous mobile robots), IoT, and DX for factory visualization and labor reduction. We also work with customers to develop concepts from vague inquiries and conduct tests with actual robots and camera trials in-house.
