The "19494" is a portable charge plate monitor that can be used for the regular verification of ionizers in accordance with ANSI/ESD SP3.3 and ESD TR53. It measures the charge neutralization capability of positive/negative charges within the coverage area of the ionizer. The screen can be viewed from various angles.
