A mobile near-infrared analyzer that non-destructively measures fish fat, fruit sugar content, and processed food components using visible to near-infrared light!
The M011-02 is a component analyzer that non-destructively measures lipid components in fish and meat using near-infrared (NIR) light in the range of 640-1,050 nm. It can be connected to a PC or mobile device via wired (USB) or wireless (Bluetooth) methods, allowing for the acquisition of intensity information for each wavelength. The calculation of the target component is performed using the first and second derivatives of the absorbance changes at each wavelength. 【Features】 ■ Compact and lightweight due to ultra-small sensors ■ Wireless connectivity with mobile devices via Bluetooth ■ Acquired data is output in CSV format, making it easy to edit and analyze on a PC ■ Optional feature for creating calibration curves necessary for component analysis *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
