The M020-M023 is equipped with a near-infrared light source and measures the reflection and transmission components of the target object using a combination of FT-IR or FPI spectrometers for component analysis! It features a built-in high-output light source, enabling high-sensitivity measurements in the near-infrared range. The reflection type is equipped with an optical system that allows for dark field and diffuse reflection through dual-side illumination.
