Environmentally conscious, all-cardboard packaging that eliminates the use of wood. Streamlining has significantly improved packaging work efficiency. *Case examples available.
We would like to introduce a case study where we developed packaging for industrial robot parts using our product "HiPLE-ACE." The design allows for the inclusion of two different shaped products while ensuring that there is no uneven load. By changing from the conventional specification of stacking products in two layers to arranging them side by side, we minimized the volume. 【Effects of Improvements】 ■ Packaging work time: Approximately 75% reduction ■ Volume: Approximately 47% reduction ■ Material costs: 55.8% reduction compared to traditional wooden boxes *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
