Proposal for Roll Packaging Box "Switching from Wooden Boxes" with Reinforced Cardboard

Considering the environment, we propose packaging boxes made from "HiPLE-ACE" instead of wooden boxes. The design is innovative, allowing for changes in the number of products inside through the use of dividers. *Case study available.

We would like to introduce a case study of the development of packaging boxes for rolls that enables "on-site response" using our product "HiPLE-ACE." With wooden boxes, tilting occurred due to weight, making it impossible to accommodate changes in the number of packages. However, by changing the combination of partitions, it became easy to switch between packaging two units and one unit on-site. By converting from wooden boxes to HiPLE-ACE, we achieved weight reduction and reduced the burden of work. 【Effects of Improvement】 - The conversion to HiPLE-ACE has allowed for flexible adjustments to the number of products on-site. - Deliveries in knockdown form have reduced inventory space. - The elimination of nailing work has led to a safer design. - Although material costs have increased, significant reductions in packaging labor costs have resulted in an overall decrease in total costs. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
