We would like to introduce a case where we developed a general-purpose steel rack using "HiPLE-ACE," which we handle. By enabling transportation without using steel racks, it has become possible to switch from charter services to regular delivery. Since it is a reinforced cardboard that is resistant to impact, adding a "V-cut" to the main body and the edge makes it easier to fold, improving work efficiency. 【Effects of Improvements】 ■ Reduced the hassle and cost of returning steel racks by switching from returnable to disposable one-way packaging. ■ Enabled regular delivery instead of charter services due to the strength of "HiPLE-ACE." ■ A simple design that secures the wrap-around case with M screws allows for smooth packing and unpacking operations. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
