A fire hydrant designed to be compact and lightweight by using a ball valve to reduce height, aimed at accommodating shallow underground installations.
This is a reliable JWWA135 standard ball-type fire hydrant. Since 2013, the flange has been changed to stainless steel to suppress rust and enhance strength to withstand the use of standpipes. 【Features】 〇 This fire hydrant has passed the performance test of the JWWA B 135 standard. 〇 Compared to lift-type fire hydrants, it has a lower height dimension, making it ideal for shallow burial, and it is lightweight and compact. 〇 The ball structure allows for a straight water flow, reducing flow loss. 〇 The specially processed valve box prevents jetting that occurs during minor openings for water flow confirmation. 〇 Both the inner and outer surfaces are coated with epoxy resin powder to suppress rust formation. 〇 By using stainless steel for the reduction gear, flange, fittings, push ring, ball valve body, and assembly bolts, high durability and corrosion resistance have been achieved. 〇 By adopting the same flange as the JWWA B 103 fire hydrant, rust formation is suppressed, and in the event of damage to the flange, the entire flange assembly can be easily replaced by simply removing the bolts. *For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
