Data/System Protection Solution for Linux Servers
ActiveImage Protector for Linux is a backup solution that can be used in both physical and virtual environments for Linux servers. It backs up the entire system, applications, and data on the hard disk as an image file, which can be directly saved to local hard disks, USB drives, network storage such as NAS, or cloud storage. It supports XFS and is capable of backing up systems even if they are built with LVM. Additionally, it quickly adapts to the latest Linux distributions. Even while running, it creates full backups of Linux server disks and volumes without stopping the OS by using a Linux-native snapshot driver. It also supports online backups for Cybozu Garoon, MySQL, Oracle databases, and KVM. Bare metal recovery is easy, and it includes file-level restore functionality. With the implementation of "deduplication and compression features," it significantly reduces the storage capacity required for backup destinations.
