A repair valve with a diameter of 150mm and 200mm that uses stainless steel (SCS13), which is resistant to scratches, for the ball valve body, which is essential for the repair valve.

Stainless steel has been adopted for the valve rod, gland, stopper, lever, and bolt, achieving high durability and corrosion resistance. The stainless steel valve body prevents freezing damage to the valve body. Features: - Can be used as a repair valve for rapid air valves of 150mm and 200mm, allowing for miniaturization of the air valve chamber. - By adopting a stainless steel (SCS13) ball valve body, it reduces the occurrence of scratches caused by sand sticking to the valve body. - Stainless steel is standardly used for the valve rod, gland, stopper, lever, and bolt, achieving high durability and corrosion resistance. - The O-rings on both sides of the valve rod prevent water ingress into the shaft, reducing the occurrence of rust and corrosion in the shaft area, allowing for safe long-term use. - Both the interior and exterior are coated with epoxy resin powder to suppress rust formation. - Available in two types: lever type and cap type. - Complies with the specifications of the Tokyo Metropolitan Waterworks Bureau.
