By simply installing a battery-replaceable wireless sensor, you can easily collect vibration and temperature data on your smartphone. This data is analyzed using Torishima's unique methods, allowing for early detection of changes in the machinery. Additionally, since the data is managed in the cloud, it can be monitored remotely via a web interface. The system performs frequency analysis of vibration acceleration up to 10,000Hz, enabling early detection of condition changes that traditional sensors might miss by capturing "changes in frequency rather than the magnitude of vibration." It is actively used in over 400 facilities, including power plants, manufacturing industries, and buildings.
