The air layer created inside the valve prevents foreign substances from adhering to the shut-off section. You can choose between stainless steel (SCS14A) and nylon resin. *The stainless steel body part is coated with polyester on both the inside and outside. The flange part is uncoated. Features: - A rapid air valve designed for use in medium to large diameter piping where fluids containing foreign substances flow. - The air layer created by the low-position float and conical valve box blocks debris and foreign substances, preventing water shut-off failure and operational issues. - The unique rolling seal structure prevents the valve body from sticking. - It accommodates both exhaust and intake, preventing the piping from becoming vacuumed. - The water hammer prevention option protects the air valve and piping by reducing exhaust volume while maintaining intake performance.
