Among our numerous achievements, we would like to introduce a case where we manufactured six molten steel ladles under the guidance of JFE Mechanical Corporation. These were delivered to JFE Steel Corporation, West Japan Works (Kurashiki Area). In the steel machinery industry, we design various plants, machinery, and equipment. We propose cost reductions through measures such as preventing errors with 3D modeling and automatic drafting of working drawings. Additionally, we manufacture structural steel, fabricated products, piping, and machined parts for various plants and machinery. Based in Zhangjiagang, China, we handle material procurement, purchasing, transportation, and installation. We collaborate with several partner companies centered around our own factory, where our employees are stationed for management. With our production in China, we guarantee delivery times and quality comparable to domestic standards. As part of our environmental business, we collaborate with domestic manufacturers to design, construct, and sell deodorization system equipment in China. The deodorants used in this equipment are entirely new decomposition deodorants that simultaneously break down and deodorize acidic and alkaline odors, which were previously thought impossible. Furthermore, they are made from pure plant-based materials, harmless to humans and animals, and do not cause secondary pollution, making them a remarkable and groundbreaking product.
