The projection welding using jigs offers high precision and stability in the joining position and posture. Direct joining through melting between the base pipes achieves high welding strength, and since there are no protrusions from the branch pipe (thin pipe) into the inner diameter of the main pipe (thick pipe), the flow within the main pipe becomes smooth. The inflow holes can be processed after welding, allowing for free selection of hole diameters below the inner diameter of the branch pipe.
