By forming a thin film on the inner wall of the evaporation tube with a wiper, it promotes the movement of the sample, allowing low-boiling components to evaporate in a short time. The short residence time as it flows down the evaporation tube enables operation with reduced heating time for the sample. Furthermore, the presence of a cooler inside the evaporator brings the evaporation surface and condensation surface close together, which helps to suppress pressure increases caused by generated vapor, achieving high vacuum and facilitating low boiling.
