Frequency and voltage conversion IC that achieves linearity of ±0.5% FS or less in the frequency band of 1GHz to 5GHz.
The "PH1013FMQFM" is a frequency-to-voltage conversion IC that outputs an analog voltage signal corresponding to the frequency of the input signal. Using our patented delay detection circuit and a pulse counting method, it achieves linearity of ±0.5% FS or less in the frequency range of 1GHz to 5GHz. Additionally, it has a built-in limiter circuit. 【Features】 ■ Outputs an analog voltage signal corresponding to the frequency of the input signal ■ Pulse counting method using our patented delay detection circuit ■ Achieves linearity of ±0.5% FS or less in the frequency range of 1GHz to 5GHz ■ Built-in limiter circuit ■ 28-pin QFN *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
