We will introduce a case where challenges in the "manufacturing site" were improved using the production management system "Telegno-SYS." While the system was able to grasp the delivery dates for each process, it was not easy to immediately understand how much backlog there was for each process on a daily basis. "Telegno-SYS" retains delivery dates for each process and can display backlog graphs for each process on a daily basis. For processes that are backlogged, the delivery dates can be changed on the delivery date modification screen. By using the graph to manage backlogs, it has become possible to level out the workload.
