"Vinyl coating" has excellent moldability, outstanding chemical resistance, and can meet aesthetic purposes as a coating and molding. Due to the low-temperature curing process at 170°C, it can be applied to a wide range of substrates. Unlike rubber, it does not suffer from film degradation due to oxidation. It has excellent electrical insulation properties and is used in various insulating components such as connector covers and plug caps. Its cushioning properties make it suitable for applications like playground equipment and cap handles. 【Properties】 ■ Chemical resistance: Generally good against acids and alkalis ■ Electrical insulation: High electrical insulation (with a 1mm film, the breakdown voltage is over 12kV) ■ Cushioning: Comfortable to the touch, soft with a hardness of 40°, and excellent cushioning properties, accommodating film thicknesses up to 5mm ■ Weather resistance: Unlike rubber, it does not degrade due to oxidation ■ Low-temperature firing: The curing process at 170°C allows compatibility with a wide range of substrates *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
