A flange-type torque meter that achieves high rigidity (1700 kNm/rad) and high load resistance (500%)! It has high fatigue strength and can measure stably over a long period.
A new flange type from Unipulse for the rotational torque meter has been launched. With an extremely high torsional rigidity of 1700 kNm/rad, it can increase the resonance frequency of the shaft, allowing for high-precision measurement of rapid torque fluctuations. Additionally, with a permissible overload of 500%, it has high fatigue strength, enabling stable measurements over long periods with minimal changes even under harsh load conditions. 【Features】 ■ High overload capacity of 500% ■ High rigidity of 1700 kNm/rad ■ Accuracy of 0.03% FS ■ Supports high-speed rotation up to 25,000 rpm ■ Balance grade G2.5 ■ Compatible with oil mist environments such as turbine oil ■ Analog bandwidth of 3 kHz, sampling frequency of 20 kHz ■ Standard equipped with rotational pulse signal output (90 to 1080 pulses/revolution: changeable by setting) ■ Torque has standard analog output of ±10V, frequency output, and RS-485 output ■ Standard dual range equipped (can switch to ±100 Nm range via external I/O input) ■ Capable of 2x calibration (1000 Nm) (load capacity 250%) ★ For characteristic testing of drive motors, generators, reducers, etc., in automobiles and more ★ *For more details, please contact us or download the PDF.*

Unipulse Corporation is a sensor manufacturer. We develop a wide range of products using various technologies, including digital indicators for optimal load application in press-fitting and crimping, capacitive non-contact displacement meters, spindle clamping force measuring devices, small-diameter tool gripping force gauges, and rotating torque meters. In particular, the UTM series of rotating torque meters has become the standard for shaft-type torque measurement and is used in many development and manufacturing sites. In recent years, we have internalized the production of strain gauges and are manufacturing load cells and multi-force gauges in-house. Our subsidiary, Robotech, develops and sells products such as Uniservo (electric torque actuators) and Moonlifter (electric balancers). Notably, the electric balancer, which constantly detects force and position using load sensors and servo motors, allows for the movement of heavy objects with the sensitivity of human hands. We have received much positive feedback due to its unprecedented ease of use. Moving forward, the Unipulse Group will continue to prioritize research and development, delivering products that are first in Japan and the world.
