We conduct wavefront aberration measurements for various optical systems. With a high dynamic range of up to 2000λ and a measurement accuracy of up to λ/20 (RMS), our design is compact, robust, and considers vibration resistance, achieving high reproducibility of λ/200 (RMS). Additionally, the results of the measured wavefront data are instantly analyzed by dedicated software, displaying results such as wavefront (PV, RMS), Zernike coefficients, PSF, modulation transfer function (MTF), and Strehl ratio. There is also a Reflex module type for reflection measurements. Using these wavefront sensors, we offer a lineup of measurement devices that cater to various optical systems and applications (research and development, mass production).
