Please use this when you are having trouble with the following: ■ Issues with using a rotary level switch - Due to significant level fluctuations, the ON/OFF frequency is high, leading to quick failures. - Cannot be used in a pressurized tank. - Fine powders invade the sealing area, causing malfunction. - Want to detect light powders, but need to increase the size of the blades, making it difficult to use. - Cannot determine the state inside the tank, making it unclear how the blades are moving. - Have previously broken it by incorrectly applying the power supply voltage. ■ Issues with using a capacitive level switch - Sensitivity adjustment is cumbersome. - Uncertainty about the physical properties of the measured substance leads to difficulties in sensitivity adjustment. - The measured substance undergoes physical changes, such as moisture variation, causing malfunctions. - Used for detecting resin powder, but adhesion makes sensitivity adjustment tricky and difficult. ■ Issues with using a vibrating level switch - Adhesion prevents vibration recovery during empty conditions. - The vibrating rod may break due to overload. - Used for detecting chute blockages, but has a short lifespan. - Cannot be used at high temperatures of 200°C. In this way, the pendulum-type level switch overcomes conditions that were difficult to measure with other types of level switches and provides stable detection.
