NSC version (for flexographic printing)

From small manual printing machine plates to mass production G8.6, it supports a wide range of applications! There are no seams in the PET even in large sizes.

At Nakantekuno Co., Ltd., we handle the "NSC version (for flexographic printing)." In collaboration with material manufacturers, we have developed materials for large plates. Furthermore, we have developed mass production technology for large plates with uniform thickness and no seams. We perform patterning through ablation by directly applying CO2 laser light to the large plate sheets. This allows for high-speed and reliable patterning. Thanks to our unique plate surface treatment, there is no pattern orientation on the conventional plate surface, so there is no need to worry about interference with the anilox pattern.
