This product is designed as a "high tank model" intended for use in factories that have multiple tanks installed at heights of 1 to 3 meters from the floor. During use, the filling machine is moved next to the tank containing the solution to be filled, and the liquid supply hose (with a lever cup at the end) is connected to the tank. Additionally, this filling machine features a unique layout for the liquid supply hose, internal piping, and equipment arrangement. As a result, it allows for easy preparation before filling, sampling for analysis of the filling liquid, and cleanup after filling (such as recovering the solution from the internal piping and cleaning the pipes), thereby reducing the required time and the burden on the operator. By incorporating various cutting-edge technologies, it enables high-speed filling without liquid splashing. When filling 20 kg using a 20L polycon or tamakan container, there is a record of filling in as little as 15 seconds. To achieve this performance, the basic model, the β10LTP filling machine, was used as the starting material, and the latest programs for nozzle lift control and inverter control (ladder program for the sequencer) were developed and integrated. Furthermore, improvements to the dripless nozzle (which is inserted into the container during lifting) have enhanced the filling performance for liquids that are highly viscous and prone to dripping.
