We would like to introduce a case study of Eight Japan Technology Co., Ltd. utilizing Autodesk's BIM/CIM package software, "Architecture, Engineering & Construction Collection (AEC Collection)." <Overview> Eight Japan Technology Development established a CIM Promotion Committee in September 2016 and, within less than a year, conducted four pilot projects, presenting the results at "Autodesk University Japan" hosted by Autodesk. Although BIM/CIM is often considered difficult to implement due to cost and technical issues, how did they successfully achieve short-term implementation?
