【Control Method Features】 <Control Method 1> ★ Adds a 4th axis (5th axis) control device within the NC control device of the machining center. ■ Depending on the specifications, simultaneous continuous arc cutting with the X, Y, and Z axes is possible. ■ The program for the rotary table is input on the machine side. <Control Method 2> ★ Uses the Tsudakoma 1-axis controller TPC as the control device, utilizing the M function of the machining center. ■ Even machines that cannot add a 4th (5th) axis can easily be equipped if there is an M signal on the machine side. ■ Basically dedicated to indexing operations. ■ The program for the rotary table is directly input into the TPC. The machine side inputs the M signal as an indexing start command.
