We have not only surface mount technology but also various hand soldering techniques. In addition to hand soldering of post-SMT components, lead wires, and harnesses, we can consistently perform flux cleaning, molding, assembly, and electrical testing. We can accommodate requests for just a portion of the processes as needed by our customers. Hand soldering is done using solder wire, where electronic components are soldered onto the circuit board with a soldering iron. We can handle the smallest component sizes, including 0603 size chips and narrow pitch ICs and connectors. We also support soldering with N2, allowing for higher quality soldering. Our certified technicians, who have passed our company’s examination, achieve precise soldering while observing through a stereo microscope.
