Tokyo Facility Industry specializes in custom-made vibrating conveyors and offers a full range of services from proposal to construction, including the selection of equipment configuration, facility improvement, and machine development, featuring various vibrating machines such as the Yurel VC vibrating screening conveyor, vibrating screens, and spiral conveyors. At JAPAN PACK 2022, we plan to showcase the following products: ■ RBC II (Second) A versatile cardboard case packer with a packing capacity of up to 30 shots per minute. The product bucket can flexibly accommodate changes in product size and quantity thanks to new technology. It features high-speed transportation of cardboard boxes and a reliable positioning mechanism. We will demonstrate it in line with the vertical pillow machine from Tokyo Automatic Machinery Works. ■ Yurel VC We will demonstrate the leveling of bulging in vertical pillow products and the aligned transportation before the robot. *This exhibition is "completely pre-registration only."
