Low-temperature drying is possible! It is useful for vegetables and fruits that lose nutrients starting around 40°C.
Freeze-drying, also known as vacuum freeze-drying, is the process of sublimating frozen materials under vacuum conditions. In freeze-drying, drying occurs in an environment of 10 to 100 Pa (1/10,000 of atmospheric pressure, which is approximately 1013 hPa or 101,300 Pa). Water cannot exist as a liquid at pressures below about 600 Pa, so drying under this pressure allows for sublimation. 【Features】 - The water originally present in the frozen material becomes ice. - When drying occurs under vacuum, the ice turns into water vapor (sublimation). - The ice disappears as it becomes water vapor, leaving holes where the ice was. - If the water returns to its original location, it can restore the material to its original state. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Since our establishment in 1998, we have developed and handled a wide range of equipment necessary for the processing stages before and after, primarily focusing on powder molding press equipment, including Newton Press. Our company aims to contribute to the creation of high added value for everyone, utilizing the experience and know-how we have cultivated over many years regarding various issues related to "powder," not only in hardware but also in software. ■ Contract Processing We undertake contract processing (test scale) for crushing, molding, granulating, mixing, and freeze-drying operations. ■ Various Tests We accept various tests for crushing, mixing, granulating, molding, drying, and freeze-drying. ■ Equipment rental has been discontinued. If you visit our company or send us your raw materials, we will return the processing results along with a test report! Free tests may be available for the first time!
