We will propose method conversion and process reduction through our know-how in mold design and manufacturing, as well as our press processing technology.
Our company has been involved in the production of textile machine parts for many years. Since a smooth cross-sectional shape that does not cut the thread is required for textile machine parts, our unique mold technology has been developed. Currently, we provide this technology to various fields, including machine tool parts and assembly machine parts. This time, we would like to introduce one of those technologies: "Method Conversion to Pressing." By producing complex three-dimensional shapes that are typically made through die casting and machining using press processing, we aim to reduce lead times and manufacturing costs. 【Features】 - Possible to reduce lead times and manufacturing costs - In-house integrated production system from mold to pressing - Proposing suitable process designs that meet customer product requirements *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
