Opsilar is a semi-continuous bubble foam made from synthetic rubber. Unlike independent bubbles formed one by one, it has a very soft characteristic due to the absence of rebound force, making it very effective for sealing properties. Additionally, it can achieve sealing with minimal pressure. Opsilar can be manufactured thicker than equivalent products, allowing it to be used without the need for material lamination. It also has excellent processability, enabling direct adhesion (washi adhesive) processing, punching, cutting, and other processing methods. Furthermore, there are also white and flame-retardant types available in the product lineup.
