We offer a lineup of products tailored to various applications, including toroidal structure types that are compact and have minimal thermal impact on surrounding areas and low radiation noise, thanks to our unique material technology.
This is a high-performance inductor that utilizes unique high-efficiency metal dust cores and ferrite cores, achieving compact size, high power, and low power consumption. Currently, the number and scale of automotive ECUs are expanding due to the electrification of vehicles, advancements in driving assistance technologies, and the addition of connected features. Additionally, there is a trend towards electromechanical integration in engine areas and motors, requiring automotive ECUs to be installed in harsher environments than ever before. As a result, power inductors used in automotive ECUs are increasingly required to not only withstand high heat resistance and large currents but also to demonstrate durability against severe vibrations. The MPXV, MPEV, and MPGV series are power inductors that enable miniaturization and excellent heat resistance and large current handling due to the adoption of a metal composite structure and high magnetic saturation characteristics. The MPXV series supports up to 155°C with a wide variety of options, while the MPEV series achieves improved heat resistance with a rating of 180°C. The MPGV series realizes a vibration resistance of 50G through a high vibration-resistant structure. Each series complies with the automotive standard AEC-Q200.
