The "IP300APP" is a smartphone application that allows for two-way communication with Icom's IP transceiver Withcall Biz. *Smartphone is not included. Similar to Icom's IP transceiver Withcall Biz, you can make calls anywhere in Japan as long as you are within the mobile phone network area or in a WiFi environment. *You can call any smartphone with the same phone number that has Withcall Biz or IP300APP installed by simply matching the phone numbers. By using Icom's specific low-power relay device IC-RP4130GW, which supports LTE communication, you can communicate with specific low-power transceivers IC-4400 and IC-4400L. *Communication between IP300APP and Withcall Biz does not require a relay device. *You cannot make calls with IP500H, IP501H, IP502H, or IP700.
