High-sensitivity detection is possible! Achieve high frame rates with a 50MHz dual-port digitizer.
"Retiga LUMO" is a cooled CCD camera for bioluminescence imaging. It minimizes dark current and readout noise that interfere with the detection of extremely weak emissions, enabling high-sensitivity detection with a high quantum efficiency CCD. To accommodate various applications, the output from the CCD is processed by a 50MHz dual-port digitizer, achieving high frame rates, and is transferred to a computer via a USB 3.0 interface. 【Features】 ■ Quick focus adjustment and the ability to minimize photobleaching of samples ■ Compatible with microscope fluorescence observation applications and highly expandable ■ Electronic cooling allows for noise-free imaging even during long exposures ■ Scientific-grade interline CCD with a maximum quantum efficiency of 75%, capturing sCMOS *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us. *You can download the English version of the catalog.

Our company was established in December 1977 by Masaharu Kinkai (currently the representative director), who left the Japanese general agency for the West German company Ernst Leitz, Schmidt Co., Ltd., and set up in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture. In 1983, with the establishment of the Okazaki National Research Institute (now the National Institutes of Natural Sciences), we relocated to Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture, where we remain to this day. We serve as the Japanese agents for companies such as Sutter, CytoSMART Technology, and Logos Biosystems, introducing high-quality scientific instruments from around the world to Japanese researchers day and night.
