●Super flexibility… The layered structure provides superior flexibility compared to commercially available fluoropolymer single-layer tubes and our conventional super flexible fluoropolymer tube, Black (E-SJ-BK), improving workability. ●UV cut… It can cut ultraviolet rays, making it ideal for transporting UV paints, UV-curable adhesives, and UV inks. ●Chemical resistance… The inner layer is made of tetrafluoroethylene-based fluoropolymer (ETFE), which is resistant to most chemicals. ●Resistance to bending… It is less likely to bend compared to commercially available fluoropolymer single-layer tubes, and even if it does bend, it can partially recover. ●Non-stick property… The fluoropolymer in the inner layer has excellent water-repellent and non-stick properties, resulting in minimal fluid residue and excellent cleanability. ●Plasticizer-free… It uses a non-oil material that contains no plasticizers, which can cause leachables. ●Non-PVC… It is made from non-PVC materials.
