"E-SJUS" is an improved version of the super flexible fluorine tube, designed to respond to the demand for "softer fluorine tubes." ● Super flexibility… Its laminated structure offers superior flexibility compared to commercially available single-layer fluorine tubes and our conventional super flexible fluorine tube (E-SJ), enhancing workability. ● Chemical resistance… The inner layer is made of tetrafluoroethylene-based fluororesin (ETFE), providing resistance to most chemicals. ● Resistance to bending… Compared to commercially available single-layer fluorine tubes, it is less prone to bending and can partially recover even if bent. ● Non-stick properties… The fluororesin in the inner layer has excellent water-repellent and non-stick properties, resulting in minimal fluid residue and superior cleanability (it also has good slip). ● Abrasion resistance… The fluororesin in the inner layer has excellent abrasion resistance and can withstand slurry-like chemicals. ● Phthalate-free… It uses a non-oil material that contains no phthalates, which can be a source of leachables. ● Non-PVC… It is made from non-PVC materials. ● Low leachables and low odor… Due to the extremely low resin odor and leachables, it is suitable for food, beverage, and cosmetic applications.
