We would like to introduce a case study of the ozone generator implemented at Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyu. Due to the increase in inbound customers, we were troubled by the rise in room odors that could not be eliminated by previous odor control measures such as ventilation and deodorizing sprays. Therefore, we trialed the "Ozone Cluster 1400," and after experiencing significant effects, we proceeded with the full implementation. As a result, we were able to effectively eliminate odors that had previously been persistent.
